Who can create an agent account?
Agents and landlords can choose the agent workspace at signup. Submit the required identity information and listing details for review before approval.
Are listings published immediately?
New listings are submitted for moderation. Approved active listings can appear in public property searches; pending listings stay in your workspace for review.
How do rent payments and payouts work?
Verified rent payments enter escrow until the tenant executes the agreement. Released rent principal becomes available in the agent wallet. Withdrawals use a saved bank account and the platform’s verification flow; service charges are excluded from agent earnings.
